Location: all live sections take place via Zoom
Objectives:
Develop a comprehensive supervision orientation that tits with your values, goals, culture, and perspective as a clinician and human.
Demonstrate knowledge of relevant ethical guidelines and MN statues to guide decision making in the supervision process through lecture, discussion and case studies.
Create a compassion fatigue and burnout prevention plan to model proactive self care as a supervisor.
This is a 45 hour training* focused on preparing licensed mental health professionals for supervision roles. It includes 30 hours of live training with Jay and Kathryn via Zoom and 15 hours of self study. Our time together will be relationally-focused, trauma-informed, and you will leave with the tools you need to develop a sustainable supervision practice serving a diverse population of clinicians.
*Approved by the MN BBHT (LPCC), MN LMFT Board including Ethics and Cross Cultural CEs, LISCWs can self-submit for approved CE activity.
